30-minute service your therapist will assist you to dip your hands in our scented paraffin wax then give you a

20-minute hand massage.  

 A post-workout massage. Recommended within 2 hours of completing your workout to help with prevention of delayed on-set muscle soreness (DOMS). Available for

 In this massage we focus our work on muscular issues that need more work. This massage uses deep pressure. Available for 30-minutes, 60-minutes, 90-minutes, or 2-hours.
